Juliet is recognised for her expertise in strategy and performance work with a strong commercial knowledge having worked across Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific, including ASX and NZX listed companies and others in the process of listing.
Although Juliet started her career in nursing, she quickly developed a strong understanding and network in the medical device industry across ANZ and APAC. With an appetite for challenge and leveraging her medical background she pivoted her career toward sales finding opportunities in Australia alongside achieving an MBA from Macquarie University.
Juliet thrives when working with organisations to achieve cultural transformation and supporting leaders and their teams with strategic planning for sustainable growth. Her overarching purpose is to facilitate positive change and drive sustainable success for individuals and companies. This speaks to her recent appointment as a TEC Chair.
Her core values revolve around honesty and integrity. ‘Who I am, and my actions align with these principles’ says Juliet. Her family, especially her husband and daughter, inspire her and drives her commitment to set a positive example for her child.
She is a champion for women in leadership and often speaks at events on this topic and also passionate about her community volunteering at local NZ Ironman events.
