How will TEC bring value to my business?

TEC offers CEOs and Business Owners the unique opportunity to step outside of their company, take stock of their current strategy and refocus on how the business needs to evolve. Senior leaders discover new ideas and opportunities leading to growth both personally and professionally.

Who will my Chair be and who will be in my group?

Your peer group will include like-minded business leaders operating at a similar business and career stage. They represent a diverse range of non-competing industries and sectors, sharing a fresh perspective. Your Chair, selected based on your goals, will be an accomplished business leader with over ten years of senior leadership experience.

What level of commitment is needed?

As a TEC Member, you’ll attend a monthly (full-day) peer group meeting, have access to one-on-one mentoring sessions, and a range of resources, including; webinars, podcasts, and virtual training. You’ll focus on challenging your thinking, gaining insight into new solutions, and innovative ways of working.

I enjoy seeing group members break down issues raised by an individual member and how they offer alternative perspectives and options to resolve the issue. Being able to leverage my past experience to help members during my one-on-one discussions each month is very rewarding as well.
