Better Leaders. Better Future.

‘Strong bonds are formed within TEC and I’m in awe when members share, that aside from family, there’s no other group they are part of where they can be so open, caring, and trusting.’

Brent von Sierakowski mentors senior leaders and CEOs from diverse organisations and industries to achieve greater results both professionally and personally. His extensive experience as a C-Suite executive at one of New Zealand’s largest banks, the National Bank of New Zealand (now ANZ National Bank Ltd), gives him a solid foundation to support and guide other business leaders.

During his time at National Bank, Brent took on a leadership role in Japan. Here he learned the nuances of operating in a new international market. He then went on to become the Lloyds Bank International Deputy Manager in Tokyo for four years.

After returning from Japan, Brent took on his next major challenge as the Auckland National Bank head office manager. Through his dedication and commitment, Brent transformed the office into the region’s flagship location, taking on significant responsibilities for the bank and employing over 300 staff.  More recently, Brent was involved with establishing National Bank Private Banking, a unit dedicated to giving investment advice and ongoing management of client’s investment portfolios.

In addition to his significant roles with National Bank, Brent has also run a very successful retail business in St Heliers for over 11 years. His experiences as a business owner, both the successes and mistakes, help Brent provide real-world advice and support to his TEC members. His unique perspective allows him to help other founders step outside of their business and focus on strategic planning and future thinking.

Brent has had an outstanding and diverse career, with many achievements along the way.
