With over 15 years of experience in commercial sectors and an additional 10 years working with enterprise and senior leaders, Jackie has established a solid business and commercial track record. She brings a wealth of experience as a senior marketing director in global leading MNCs within the FMCG and Healthcare industries. As a member of the APAC leadership team, Jackie held accountability for P&L delivery and successfully managed five 1-billion-size (RMB) brands.
With over 2000 hours of coaching and mentoring experience and holding International Certificates, Jackie has worked across various major industries including consumer goods, professional services, pharmaceuticals, IT & high-tech, management consulting, retail & luxury, advertising, hospitality, higher education, and real estate.
Her expertise spans across Asia, primarily in China, Singapore, Japan and other SEA countries, as well as Australia and North America. Throughout the past decade, Jackie has focused extensively on a wide range of disciplines, including leadership development, executive presence, influence & persuasion, onboarding & career development, organisational effectiveness, energy management, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
