During Kate’s tenure as CEO of RESO, a property technology business, she demonstrated her capability in leading from the ground up leveraging her strategic skill set, managing risk, legal compliance, capital raising, and overseeing holistic business operations. Her leadership was instrumental in driving the success of the online software, resulting in over $1 billion in property sales within the first three years.
Kate’s background as a Managing Director at Healthy Inspirations Frewville and Prospect informed her comprehensive grasp of executive leadership, encompassing everything from financial planning and recruitment to coaching and change management.
