Better Leaders. Better Future.

‘Facilitating a process that can impact on my members’ lives both professionally and personally is extremely rewarding. As a Chair, I love guiding the group to challenge and explore a fellow member’s issue or opportunity and seeing the power of the group help that member pivot and see a new root cause.’

Lyn Harding has always described herself as someone who thrives most when working with others. This was true of her career leading organisations, as a TEC member, as a business coach and now as a TEC Chair.

Lyn has experienced from both sides what it takes to inspire, challenge and grow today’s leaders. Her TEC members know she has a unique understanding of the isolation senior executives face at the top, can show how great connections built on mutual trust can make leaders thrive, and encourages them to forge those connections for themselves.

Not willing to settle at the height of her 20-year career in private health care and associated sectors, she pulled a ‘corporate 180’ by starting her own coaching and consulting business. This has allowed her to give back to the business community by sharing her expertise and years of wisdom. Lyn now works with CEOs and Business owners from the resource sectors, NFP, technology, professional services, medical research, multinational sales and production and more.

As a business coach, her highlight has been the trust that exceptional businesses and business people have placed in her advice, including the Telstra WA Business of the Year 2019 winner and two Telstra WA Businesswomen of the year. Other highlights from Lyn’s career include:

  • Highly regarded Fellow CPA and Fellow of AICD
  • In 2013 started consulting firm Work2Live
  • Director, Corporate service and Finance for Ramsay Health
